We are so excited to have you at McMurry University!

Student Orientation and Registration (SOAR) events are designed specifically for Fall 2022 incoming students to register for classes, learn more about campus resources, and officially become a member of the War Hawk flock. Students must have been admitted to McMurry and submitted an enrollment deposit to register. Transfer students are welcome to attend, but will have a separate, individual appointment with an Academic Advisor to register for classes.

The tentative SOAR schedule and all available events are listed below. Click your preferred date and event to register! Registration for each event is limited, and a small waitlist for each date will be available. If your preferred date is full, please register for your second choice and contact your Admission Counselor to be added onto the waitlist for your preferred option.

Each student is welcome to bring guests for a fee to cover additional meal and other costs. Each adult guest will have a $30 fee and each child will have a $15 fee. Please note, we encourage students to limit the number of guests they bring to two guests each. Any fees will be submitted along with your registration form. If additional guests arrive with you at SOAR, their fees may be paid in-person.

If you live over 250 miles from campus and are not able to travel for SOAR, reach out to your Admission Counselor about alternative SOAR options. If you have any questions, please contact your Admission Counselor or the Office of Admission at 325-793-4700 or admissions@mcm.edu. We can't wait to see you on campus soon!
