Group Visits
We're excited to welcome you and your students to campus! Available dates are listed on the calendar below. Simply click your preferred date and time to register your group. Each group visit request and schedule will be approved on a case-by-case basis, and details about each event will be communicated by email after registration.
If you aren't able to bring students to our campus but would like for one of our Admission Counselors to visit your school, either in-person or virtually, we'd love to schedule a time to do so! Virtual groups can talk with an Admission Counselor, see our virtual campus tour, and even hear from a faculty member or coach, depending upon availability. Workshops
Our offices would be happy to host virtual application or FAFSA/financial aid workshops for your students. We will work alongside you to make sure your students have assistance to walk through the college process, even if they are interested in attending a school other than McMurry. Information Packets
We are always happy to mail out packets with general information about McMurry University to you to use in your office or classroom. Click here to let us send you a packet! If a student would like a packet mailed to them, they can also submit a request information form online.
Student Status Updates
The McMurry Admission Office is excited to be able to provide real-time student status updates to counselors through Slate.org. Slate.org is a free site designed to foster stronger communication between colleges, school counselors, community-based organizations, and students. School counselors can create a verified account linked to their school and then see application statuses, updates, and more for their students at any of the 1,700+ colleges and universities that utilize the Slate platform, including McMurry University.
